The initial offering is limited to thirty-five investors. Each prospective immigrant invests $1 million USD and
receives a 1/35th interest in a Florida limited liability company (LLC). The Florida limited liability company will
own 70 fully-furnished condo-hotel units at a newly developed resort. The units are being placed in a rental program and
provide an immigrant investor with immediate income from rentals.
You get a Permanent Residency Status, "Green Card"
The EB-5 'Fast-Track' investment visa has been successful in the U.S. in recent years.
The coveted 'Green Card' allows permanent U.S. residency within about six months of application, and the option for
U.S. citizenship within five years.
Our professionals will provide each investor with Legal services to assist in the filing of the application.
The goal of this innovative and simple visa program is to attract foreign capital investment and
job creation for the United States. To follow the Government regulations, an immigrant investor applying through
this method must directly or indirectly create at least ten jobs for U.S. workers. Our Program makes it easy for

- Demonstrate a net worth of at least $1,000,000 US$ or income of $200,000 annually for the last two years
- Legal and Administrative Fee of $40,000
- Lawful personal history
- Intent to immigrate to the United States
