With all the technology available, the fact remains that people are
sometimes confused about the process of buying or selling homes and
need personal help with the contracts they are signing.
People have countless ways that they can lose their
earnest money, or lose money on the sale of their home without the right counsel. That's where I come in.
People usually do a pretty
good job at finding the value of their home or the house they want to buy using the Internet.
I can still help in those areas, but my work is beneficial mostly when it comes to
counseling clients through the processes of selling and buying.
I am good at explaining the intricacies of the transaction and the
impact of choosing one home over another.

a successful closing. This includes the inspectors, appraisers, insurers, attorneys, closing agents and lenders to name a few.
